To register an account and use 18naga services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:
18naga reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued identity cards (KTP), passports, driver's licenses, or other official documents. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and winnings. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification processes will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one active account with 18naga. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, IP address, email address, or payment method are strictly prohibited and will be deemed duplicate accounts. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets and transactions, and confiscate all funds including deposits and winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any security questions or authentication methods. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. 18naga accepts deposits via all major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. You may request withdrawals of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures and compliance with bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: BCA, BRI, and BNI withdrawals are typically completed within 15-30 minutes during banking hours; e-wallet withdrawals are usually instant; other bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
First-time withdrawals require submission of KYC documents including a clear photograph of your government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using betting systems or strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses, winnings, and deposits, as well as permanent account closure.
Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slot games contribute 100%; table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) contribute 20%; live casino games contribute 10%; sports betting contributes according to odds (minimum 1.50 decimal odds required). Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms, typically 30 days. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be automatically removed from your account.
All sports bets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of each sport. Bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified (e.g., "to qualify" markets include extra time and penalties). If an event is postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules.
18naga reserves the right to void bets, adjust odds, or refuse any bet at our discretion if we suspect syndicate betting, match-fixing, insider information advantage, technical errors in odds display, or any other form of unfair play. Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all sports betting markets and may vary by sport, league, and bet type.
All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are conducted in real-time with professional dealers and are recorded for dispute resolution purposes. If a technical error or game malfunction occurs, all affected bets will be voided and refunded. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, 18naga's game logs and video recordings shall be deemed conclusive evidence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 18naga shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
18naga does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website or services. We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, communication network failures, power outages, maintenance activities, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to stop using them and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and best practices. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of 18naga services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and 18naga for a period of 30 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree that the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 18naga.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds within 30 days. After this period, any unclaimed funds may be subject to administrative fees or forfeiture in accordance with applicable regulations.
18naga reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, violation of responsible gaming policies, or at our sole discretion. If your account is closed by 18naga for breach of terms, all funds including deposits, bonuses, and winnings may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons other than breach of terms, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you.
